Methamphetamine, once the scourge of small towns, is no longer the problem it once was in Casper, WY, Alison Rupp of the Casper Star-Tribune reports today. As a result, overall felonies in the county have decreased for three consecutive years. The turn-around comes on the heels of a community-wide campaign aimed at showing teens and young adults the "great risk" of trying meth even once.
